Susan J. Michael founded SquidInk Studio in 1995. She is a user experience practitioner who has created interactive designs across industries, applications, and products. Susan works with teams to understand what people need (What Problem Are We Trying To Solve?), design solutions, and produce award-winning products that engage, inspire, and delight users.
Susan is currently the Director of Experience Design for Rackspace Hosting. She was formerly with Aplia, a software group within publisher Cengage Learning. She has consulted or designed in advertising, banking, education, energy, entertainment, fine art, information science, market research, non-profit, sales, software, and retail industries.
